Hotel H Bathinda - Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at Hotel H Bathinda, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Policies

  • Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
  • Check-in time: After 2:00 PM | Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
  • Late checkout is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
  • No smoking inside the hotel premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
  • Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations may incur charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Liability & Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in misconduct.

Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
  • The hotel may use guest contact details for promotional offers with consent.
